The time we have been engaged has been the perfect amount.
Back in December, May 10th felt SO FAR AWAY, but just enough time to plan.
Now it is March and the time is just flying.
AND in that time we have been able to get so much done.
I am so thankful to my AMAZING fiance to help me through it.
The stressful moments, the long hours worth of crafts and projects & the reason for it all.
I am so grateful to have such a supportive man in my life, through the good & the bad.
Now here's for an update on the situation.
1. BEST GIRLS DAY EVER.
You know it's been a long time since I've blogged because I haven't told you about these girls.
Emilee Forman and Liz Carrier and Kylee Geisler.
Emilee and Liz and I got lunch and our nails done from ladies who spoke no english.
Liz walked in her foam shoes across the parking lot while we made fun of her.
We talked wedding talk, girl talk, sexy talk.
Made a few trips to some stores... for the upcoming holiday.
AND Can I just say, I have missed them SO SO SO SO SO much?!?
Wow, so excited to have them all in my wedding.
My beautiful bridesmaids <3
Love me some Liz Lewis and Aggie Basketball.
2. I opened an Etsy shop for the things I have made.
I've already gotten an order! Woohoo.
3. We have new family additions!
I had the BEST Valentine's Day of my life.
And we got two pet birds!
Meet Molly and Petey.

4. We bought our bed!
California King baby, now I hope someone gets us the bed spread and sheets off our registry, or we're gonna be having some weird sheets. Yay, for being poor college kids haha.
5. PJ went blind for a few days...
but now he can see again!
Poor guy, had severe cornea damage...
due to lack of oxygen to his cornea...
couple trips to the doc, 3 AM trip to the ER.
It was horrible to witness, but
special to be his nurse for a few days.
I got to spoon feed him breakfast and hold his hands to walk everywhere!
I sure love this guy, even if he stayed blind.
Blind man driving... watch out.
6. PJ taught me some Chinese
And it is a W O R K progress.
I know like five sentences now...
I have a lot to learn before we go there.
Can't wait to escape to China for a semester with my love. <3
He's pretty smart to be able to write, read and speak Chinese.
Definitely tougher than Spanish.
I am pretty WOWed and impressed by it.
7. I made some Burlap Banners for the wedding decor.
LOVE
CARDS
8. I made some bathroom door decor.
Combining the vintage and rustic look.
Dressing up an empty room...
It's all about the little details.
Shout out to my sister, my Mother, PJ & Carol Heugly
(& those who will be helping)
for helping with the reception decor here in Logan!
I am so thankful.
9. Me & PJ have had some pretty great dates to the temple
It helps de-stress our lives to have some alone/fun/spiritual/happy/date moments.
It has been so helpful to have time for fun and each other...
even in a busy, busy semester of school, health surprises, work and wedding planning.
I love doing baptisms for the dead.
Missionary Moment.
This is something we do in our church, that I used to be almost embarrassed to say out loud. To someone who doesn't understand the principle of work for the dead, this could sound very strange to hear "baptism for the dead". That's when I realized baptisms for the dead and work for the dead sets us apart as members of the LDS faith. It is amazing that we have the opportunity to do work for people who have passed on that they may not have had the chance to do while they were here. Because of this principle everyone has a choice to be baptized and learn the gospel.
Because we have temples, there is a place we can go that is the holiest of all places on the earth. It is the Lord's house and the Lord's spirit fills my heart the second I walk in the door. I love the peace and comfort I get from going to the temple. Especially when I'm with PJ. I am just so happy that pretty soon, we get to go to a different part of the temple and be sealed together for all eternitity. It is not Til Death Do You Part with us, it is forever and ever, an eternity.
I am so thankful for the temple. Especially this temple behind us, the Logan Temple.
I am in love with this castle.
10. This sweet man of mine stamped 750 envelopes
Step one of envelope prep is done!!!
We have finished stamping our return addresses.
Step two is on it's way.
That's where we get all the addresses, then print labels.
If you haven't done so yet, please get me your address
11. TWO MORE MONTHS UNTIL HE IS MINE FOREVER.
No more driving from apartment to apartment.
No more switching off who pays for dinner or groceries.
No more paying rent in two places.
AND A LOT MORE OF SOME PRETTY AWESOME STUFF.
I am so stoked!!!!!
12. WASHINGTON PEOPLE
Lacey Stake, Oly, Stake, High School, Work Ladies... etc.

Some people have invites there.
Some people have gotten the FB invite.
