Chill

Sometimes we just need to take a deep breath.
Unwind.
And calm down.

I am wound too tight sometimes.
I stress over little things.
But I have let that part of my personality evolve a LOT over the last year and a half.

I want to be happy.
I want to not focus too much on things I can't control.
Just easy-going.
Let it happen.

You drop the whole dinner you prepared?
OH WELL. Pick it up.
You tripped in front of everyone?
No biggie, stand up and laugh it up.
You have a lot to do?
Make a list and do it.
You failed a class?
Well study harder next time...

Little things are a big of a deal and big of a stress as we make them.
:) Don't let stress control US!!! :)
We control our stress.

I learned this summer.
I learned from my friends.
And I learned for realizing unhappiness in myself.

Don't sweat the small stuff.
Every little thing is going to be alright.

And if it's not? Pray about it.
But please for the sake of everyone just be happy.
