If the world ends...

If the world ends, I want you all to know how happy I am.

Sometimes its not all that easy to be happy.

Terrible things happen around the world.

Money drains from the account as it simply trickles in.

The brain and the heart battle it out.

Sometimes its doctors telling you reasons to not be happy,

sometimes its teachers, sisters, family members, news reporters, bosses...

School, work, family, friends... emotions. 

It all piles all. And sometimes the smile is covered.

We have all been there.

But alas, there is a smile in my heart.

.... a smile in my heart every day.

I can smile just because I know who I am.

I know that I am a daughter of my Heavenly Father.

I know that I have a Savior who loves me.

I know that God sent me to my family for a purpose.

I know that I am in love with my best friend.

My roommate is a soul mate. 

I can take baths and slip under my heated blanket every day.

I have gifts and talents and I learn from others with different gifts and talents.

I have amazing family, dealing with their own trials...

who teach me strength and optimism. 

The Lord is here to strengthen my weaknesses,

and humble my pride.

He is here to give me trials disguised as blessings,

and angels in the form of friends and family.

Life is amazing.

When it doesn't end with the Mayan calendar,

then I will be happy to count you all as blessings in my life again.
