Beautiful Caves

There are boys who will be your friend til you say, it's gonna stay that way. Guys who will be your friends just so they can be more popular...  when in reality they don't think about you period, til you call them.

Kylee and I run into people a lot who don't care whatsoever that we are there or want to see them. Then they wonder where we disappear to... we can take hints. Don't act like you want to be our friend just to feel popular or whatev. Be real.

We've learned there are the people who genuinely want to be around you.

They don't have to be all mushy gooshy and spill the love and guts out. Some do and it's great, but just being around people who you can tell enjoy your company. That is what makes a person feel good.

Bryce Brinkman is one of those people. He can call girls fat and say they don't need winter coats. Heck, he can even say stuff about me after the interesting events on the school year. But when it comes down to it, he is one of the greatest friends to anyone. Even strangers. And attracts the friendship of anyone around him. One of my favorites to see for sure. He sees life from one of the most optimistic stand points I've ever seen.

Chauncy Harrison is clearly another one of these friends. I can call him from his deep slumber on his one day to sleep in at 7:30 and he will still love me. He will accept our romantically proposed date... and then end up taking us. He has a special place in my heart, always.

Ethan Precourt is another guy, who just goes with the flow. Boys without drama give me hope and make the world a little brighter. He's sassy and rude sometimes, but really you just tell he loves life and he's always having a good time. I really admire that about these three guys.

Today I woke up before 5AM. It is Saturday, yes. Am I crazy? Yeah. We went for a hike on the wind caves. Bryce, Ethan, Sam, Alyssa, David and Mel all went. I came back with a bloody ankle and scratches up my legs due to the fact that I veered from the trail. Half way up I was just praying I wouldn't puke up my breakfast. Then, I got up there, above the tree line and it made it all worth it.

We threw some of our baggage off the cliff today, with the rock symbolizing it.
'One hand up in the hair, one hand holding the rock and yell "EFF IT"'

We made it to the top. :)

God has created such a beautiful earth.

These are the caves we went to.

And this is the sun rise.

We accomplished something today. Waking up that early, climbing that far. And meeting new friends together. I really am glad I was convinced to make this trip. Gives me even more appreciation for my legs, arms, eyes... strength and this beautiful place we live, Logan, Utah.
