Dream

Pandora radio, you've done it again. I put a John Mayer song on... and it leads to one song after another just pouring right into my heart. I love it when you can relate to songs, I love it when the sounds and tones, the phrases, the lyrics just match up with every emotion.

In Jack Johnson's song I love the line, "Don't let your dreams be dreams."

Simple right? Just DON'T.

Oh I have dreams all the time that are just tucked underneath the pillow.

But, don't let your dreams be dreams.

I have the dream to just be happy, all the time.

I have the dream to please everyone.

I have the dream to be the best I can.

My dreams are my goals, or the outcome of my goals.

I have the dream to sing and play the guitar, to write my own songs. I never thought I could do it. I never thought I could even create words worth singing about. And granted they aren't amazing, but I did it. And I just want to keep doing it. That was a dream that made it to reality.

I have a dream to be married in the temple. I have the dream to live with my Heavenly Father... to really feel like a princess among royalty in the Kingdom of God. That's better than being the character in a fairytale, that's make believe. This. is. real.

I have the dream to stay fit, to have an AMAZING summer, to read my scriptures and pray every night, to pray every morning, to get tan. Everything I want in my life, is part of my dreams and I don't want them to just stay dreams.

My dreams are going to be reality.

Summer IS amazing already.

Ultimate frisbee nights.

The sun is up, the sky is blue

First picnic. Check.

First date. Check.

First campfire. Check, Check.

First canoe ride. Check.

Sig Ep tour, walking Logan, feeding ducks, first dam, canoeing, fishing with my hands, meeting people, seeing friends, camp fires, apartment hopping, prayers answered... and can I just say Logan is beautiful in the summer time?

Meeting a guy with my same name. CHECK.

Shoutout to Kylee Geisler, I love this girl. She's my roomie for the summer and then fall AND spring.

Our bucket list is in the process of being made, (can be found on the right side by scrolling down). It will be completed by the end of summer.
